Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

UK: Within the UK we prefer to use a trackable delivery service; either Evri or Royal Mail. We give you the option of choosing their Standard or Next Day* service and this is priced accordingly. We are aware courier services vary from area to area, therefore, if you have a preference between Royal Mail or Evri, please email once you have checked-out and let us know whhich provider you would like us to use.

Students: If you are lucky enough to have drum lessons with Steve, either at home, online or at school, you can take advantage of free shipping to your drum lesson.

International: Shipping outside the UK is available but due to Customs Fees, this now neeeds to be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.  Please use our contact form before placing your order.

* Please note, we are a small, family run business, we do not work 24-hours a day, and while we do our best, we can not guarentee your delivery will be processed and dispatched the same day.

 

Returns:

If a product is faulty or not as desribed, the postage costs to return to us is our responsibility. If you wish to return your product because you've changed your mind, the product must be returned in re-saleable condition with all the original packaging, and is your responsibility. We advise that you use a trackable service which includes insurance as any items lost by the courier must still be paid for.
